American ignorance raised its ugly head again - this time it was on PBS. A singer from the UK was co-hosting the fund drive that PBS likes to practice. Well, his American co-host says something about casting your vote by donating to PBS then turns to this guy and comments how "we have a very democratic process here." I just about choked with laughter when I heard that. For those who don't understand my amusement... the American government and voting system was taken from that which already existed in England. So... yeah. Funny stuff.
